Job Title: Senior Architect

Who Do We Look For?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with a strong background in designing housing infrastructure, high-rise building projects, hospitals, and other engineering areas. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Architecture and have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple architectural projects, ensuring high-quality design and execution.
- Handle all issues related to architectural design works for various projects, including residential, commercial, and healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Develop creative and innovative design solutions that meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards.
- Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.
- Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
- Registered with the Pakistan Council for Architects & Town Planners (PCATP).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design concepts and project details effectively.
